Nicole Fuller has served as Director of Labor Participation for the United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania and the Community Services Liaison for Philadelphia Council AFL-CIO since August 2011.

In this capacity, Nicole serves as the liaison between organized labor and the United Way and whose responsibility it is to build bonds of cooperation and involvement between the corporate and volunteer communities, and that of organized labor for all of Southeastern Pennsylvania.

The Philadelphia Council AFL-CIO works directly with the PWDC to educate union leadership about the changing workforce, incumbent worker training, and dislocated worker services.

The National Comprehensive Center for Fathers, (714 Market Street)founded in 2004, provides mentoring services, motivational and educational assistance, and help with job placement for young men. it also provides career counseling aimed at assisting ex-offenders, homeless and unemployed men.
